our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings. We will only process information for purposes based on the informed consent of the participants
to comply with our business obligations, and/or to fulfill our legal obligations. We will only keep participants’ information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out

In case of an error in the Apps, Emerald may collect data and information on your phone called Log Data. Such data never contains any Personally Identifiable Information or Personal Health Information. This Log Data may include information such as your device operating system version, the configuration of the Apps when utilizing the Services, the time and date of use of the Services, and other statistics.

The App does not use cookies or tracking technologies.

We also protect your information through a system of organizational and technical security measures. All information provided through the Apps is encrypted both during storage and transmission.
